Event Information:

The Golden Pebble Beach along the Northern coast of Dalian is the scenic spot for this sun-worshiping event. This day at the beach lasts for a month, during the best time of the summer season. The festival offers swimming, cook-outs, and everything else you could expect. The popular Sand Sculpture contest turns the golden beach into towering works of art. Numerous other competitions of note are also held, including volleyball and soccer matches.
