View of the original Port of Dalian established by the Russians and developed by the Japanese as the gateway to all of Northeast China. Although modernized from 100 years of use, it remains the only commercial port for passengers arriving by ship to Dalian.

Note: This spot is where all Japanese troops first entered Manchuria. After Japan's surrender, the millions of Japanese citizens stranded in China for months after the military fled were repatriated through this terminal.
