All of Dalian's world-class museums are combined for this tour. Take a step back in time to the city's colonial past, or marvel at the wonders of local sea life. Centered around the largest square in China, Xinghai (Star Ocean) Square is another main attraction of the city. Even though this tour has a slower pace, it continues to offer a diversity of experiences for the curious visitor.

Tour Highlights:

Binhai Road

Binhai Road stretches along Dalian's famous coastline and is a sightseeing must for visitors to the area. The 35-kilometer-long road borders XingHai Square in the west and DongHai Park in the east. One side of the road features mountainous areas covered with forests while the opposite side reveals the panoramic coastline and sea. Numerous scenic spots are located along this expansive coastal road.

Xinghai (Star Ocean) Park and Bathing Beach

Built in 1909, it is one of the four bathing beach in Dalian. It is also the largest square and man-made beach in China. With 800 meters of beach, the bay area offers fantastic views of the sea. In the cener of the Square itself stands a white marble ornamental column erected in 1997 to commemorate the return of Hong Kong. Sun Asia Ocean World and Shengya Aquarium are also located on the expansive grounds, offering a variety of aquatic amusement.
